Zaro Global LLC is a veteran-owned freight brokerage and freight management company based in Birmingham, Michigan.
From contracting to freight.
Zaro Global started as a government contractor. Moving freight was part of that work, and it turned out to be the part we were best at. So we made it the business.
We still serve agencies and primes. Now we also serve shippers and carriers across Michigan and the country with the same approach: say what we know, do what we said, pick up the phone.
Who you are dealing with.
Paul Roumaya
Paul served in the United States Marine Corps. He founded Zaro Global and leads the company.
Christopher Zaharie
Chris co-founded Zaro Global and runs day to day operations.
Three rules.
Pick up the phone
Shippers and carriers call because something needs doing. We answer.
Say what we know
If a load is at risk, you hear it early. If we cannot cover something, we tell you instead of sitting on it.
Do what we said
The rate is the rate. The pickup window is the pickup window.
The paperwork.
